Safemo Return & Refund Policy
At Safemo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy for details on how to initiate a return or request a refund.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all standard orders. If you are enrolled in our Warranty+ program, the return period is extended to 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in unused and original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels
- Not show any signs of physical damage or unauthorized modification
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@safemo.com and include the following details:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping the item back. Do not return items without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to product defects or quality issues, Safemo will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal preference or non-quality reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We do not currently offer refunds to gift cards or store credit unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with details and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Products Purchased via Amazon
If you purchased your Safemo product from our official Amazon store, please follow Amazon’s return and refund policy. Safemo’s standard warranty still applies to eligible items regardless of the sales channel.
Warranty+ Return Extension
Customers enrolled in the Safemo Warranty+ program benefit from an extended return period of 45 days. You may initiate a return through the Kiwibit App or by emailing support@safemo.com within this window. Once your return is received and confirmed to be eligible, we will issue your refund within 3 business days.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after 30 days (or 45 days for Warranty+ members)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
- Free gifts, promotional items, or samples
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the authorized process
