Safemo Shipping Policy
At Safemo, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely, securely, and on time. The following policy outlines the key details regarding how we process, ship, and track your orders.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. At this time, we do not support international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@safemo.com within 5 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
All Safemo orders are fulfilled using Amazon Logistics, which ensures fast and reliable delivery services across the U.S.
The standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates based on order value:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 (before tax)
- Flat-rate shipping fee (calculated at checkout) for orders under $120
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. You may use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 10 days of the shipment date, or you suspect it may be lost, please contact us at support@safemo.com. We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund, if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Safemo is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
